A chance contact led to a winning working relationship between RedteQ and TSA.
Part of the HAE group, Transport Security Associates Ltd (TSA) are UK DfT certified aviation security consultants and training providers. They deliver online and classroom training on all aspects of aviation security relating to airports, airlines, aircrew and cargo including passenger and cargo screening. They have been working with RedteQ for 4 years.
“Aviation is a small industry, where networks overlap. I was passed Alan’s contact details, gave him a call and this led to us working together,” said TSA Director Matthew Pearce.
TSA has operational screening equipment at airports in Belfast, the East Midlands and London which RedteQ maintains. They also operate a sales and leasing service for screening equipment and work with RedteQ both on sourcing and refurbishing used equipment to meet customers’ requirements and then providing a contracted repair and maintenance service for the supplied kit.
“Alan is upfront, very genuine, extremely knowledgeable and very well respected in the industry. If you mention RedteQ you get nothing but positive feedback,” said Matt.
“The admin side of working with them is straightforward; communication is brilliant, they are quick to provide quotes which are easy to understand and ensure they match requirements. Response times are fantastic and I am very confident whenever we sign maintenance agreements for clients across to RedteQ, that they will do what they say they will. They have integrity.”
Matt added: “I do recommend RedteQ to our customers. The quality of the service is generally better and the cost is generally less. It’s a combination of benefits switching to RedteQ.”
