A single day is the normal minimum, and in some cases just a few hours. The same fleet covers a one-lane office job and a multi-venue Games.
Designed before delivered
Footfall per gate per hour against your admission window decides the lane count. We model it with you before anything is loaded.
Operators if you need them
Trained operators supplied with the equipment, or we set up and brief your own stewarding team.
24/7 technical cover runs for the duration of covered hires. Same-day delivery is sometimes possible, though a Midlands run is usually planned days or weeks ahead.

The hire fleet runs to more than 300 owned systems, so a multi-venue Midlands deployment comes off our own stock rather than being subcontracted to whoever has stock that week. The Commonwealth Games case study has the detail.
Do you cover motorsport and outdoor events in the Midlands?
Yes. We supply race-week screening at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, one of the biggest crowds in British sport, and screen festivals and outdoor events across the region.

How far in advance should a Midlands hire be booked?
For a large event, as early as you can: the design work is worth more than the equipment, and a lane count arrived at properly saves you more than a rushed discount ever will.
For a single lane at an office or a distribution centre, days is usually enough, and same-day delivery is sometimes possible depending on the equipment and what is already committed. Summer is the busiest period for the event fleet, so anything between June and September is worth booking early.
